Rollover risk you can't budget for
A 30° bank is already past what a zero-turn is built for. On a 45° face, a lap bar isn't a plan. One incident is a claim, a citation, and a crew member who doesn't come back.

Western North Carolina · Remote-controlled slope mowing
Blue Ridge Slope Goat puts a remote-controlled REAPER on the 50° banks, ditches and overgrown hillsides your crews shouldn't touch. The ground gets maintained. Your people stay on flat ground.
Fully insured · REAPER-trained operator · Based in State Road, North Carolina
01 — The position you're in
The bank behind the building. The embankment along the road. The acre between the solar rows, the slope left of the ninth green. It's on your list, it's out of compliance, or it's one bad season from becoming somebody else's problem. You're not short on mowers. You're short on a safe way to get a machine up there.
A 30° bank is already past what a zero-turn is built for. On a 45° face, a lap bar isn't a plan. One incident is a claim, a citation, and a crew member who doesn't come back.
Steep ground gets dropped from the scope or padded until you lose the bid. Either way it stays on your liability list — and it keeps growing while it sits there.
Six feet of fescue, kudzu and briar. Now it's sight lines, fire load, shading on the solar racks, and a letter from the county with a date on it.
The cost of waitingEvery month it sits, the briars get thicker and the job gets more expensive.

02 — The guide
We started this company watching good crews take string trimmers to ground they had no business standing on — because the job had to get done and there was no other way to do it.
There is now. A 1,968-pound machine on rubber tracks takes the grade at 2.4 psi, which means it holds the hill without tearing it up. The operator stands up to 1,000 feet away with a joystick. If the machine tilts, drops, or loses signal, it shuts itself down.
That's the whole idea: the machine gets the slope. Your people get flat ground.
Factory procedures for slope operation, recovery and maintenance — not a rental and a YouTube video.
Certificate of insurance before we start, and additional-insured wording on request.
Based in State Road. We know kudzu, mountain laurel, red clay, and what a 2:1 grade does after rain.
The person who walks your slope is the person quoting it and the person on the remote.
03 — The plan
No site visit fee, no retainer, no contract you have to sign before anyone looks at the ground.
A free site assessment. We measure the grade, check the access, and look at what's growing and what's underneath it — fence line, culvert, pedestal, irrigation head. No charge, no pitch.
On site · 20–30 minutes
A written scope with a fixed price: what gets cut, how often, and what we do when the weather or the ground won't cooperate. No hourly surprises, no add-ons after the fact.
Written quote · within two business days
The machine takes the hill while your crew stays on the flat. After every visit you get date-stamped before-and-after photos and a completion note you can forward to a board, an insurer or a regional manager.
Photo report after each visit
Step one costs you twenty minutes and nothing else. If the slope turns out to be wrong for the machine, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a season.
Start with step one04 — Where the goat works
One machine, sized for commercial ground. It mows, clears and holds a grade where turf equipment, tractors and hand crews all stop.
Roadside slopes, medians, ditches and stormwater banks that have to stay sightline-clear and inside the right-of-way.
Rack rows, perimeter berms and the steep acreage between arrays — cut low without sending anyone up the berm with a trimmer.
Native areas, mounding and pond banks outside the maintained rough, cut to a consistent height without a crew on the wall.
Common ground, basin banks and the parcels nobody wants to bid, on a schedule you can put in a budget line.
Ponds, pastures and ridge-top clearings that have gotten away from you. One-time clearing or a season contract.
Campuses, schools, churches, industrial sites and treatment plants with banks that can't be hand-mowed safely.

The machine
A commercial remote-controlled slope mower on excavator-style rubber tracks. No seat, no rider, no rollover. If it tilts, drops, or loses signal, it stops.
